CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you need to cancel your session, msw asks that you do so no fewer than 24 hours in advance in order to avoid penalty.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of appointment start times will be subject to a 50% charge. 

Same day cancellations within an 8-hour window of the appointment start time will be subject to the full service fee.
